TWMPA COFFEE - DECAF
TWMPA (Lord Hereford’s Knob) - A summit in the Black Mountains range of Wales. Twmpa is 690 metres high and lies 1.86 miles west of the border with England, and around 4.34 miles south of Hay-on-Wye. It is a popular route for runners, hikers and walkers with stunning scenery and magnificent views over the Brecon Beacons National Park on one side and the Herefordshire countryside on the other.
One for post-adventure and recovery time!
We’ve gone big on flavour for our first decaffeinated coffee. We figured that if someone isn’t drinking coffee for the hit of caffeine, they must in it for the notes and flavours. TWMPA is delicious and certainly packs a flavour punch! Farmed in the Popayan region of Colombia, it has notes of red apple, toffee and chocolate and is perfect for both filter and espresso.
The decaffeination process we chose is unique. The caffeine is extracted from the coffee bean using sugar cane and water which enhances sweetness, and maintaining all of the other coffee health benefits and goodness.
TWMPA is high in antioxidants, polyphenols, vitamins and all the other good stuff, just without the caffeine.
