Shipping policy

Fresh coffee is healthy coffee! That’s why we roast all our coffee fresh weekly.

UK Shipping Costs (unless otherwise stated)

  • All UK parcel shipments are sent Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) 

  • Cut off time is 5pm for our next day service although often we're able to send parcels out even later depending on when the courier comes to pick up from us. 

  • Any orders that do not make the cut off will be sent out the following day.

  • We try our best to send everything out as quickly as possible. Sometimes we may run out of stock as we only roast enough for our orders each week to make sure our coffee is as fresh as possible. If we run out your order will be shipped as soon as our new batch is roasted and you will be notified of any delay.

  • Sometimes parcels get delayed within the couriers systems. Luckily it doesn't happen often but these rare events are out of our control. Please allow 7 working days for any parcels to arrive.

If we cannot ship the goods within this timeframe, we will notify you ASAP and agree on another time for shipment. If we cannot agree on another time, we will offer you a refund.

  • UK Coffee orders: Free Shipping

  • Mug/Small parcel orders: £3.50

International Shipping Costs

We sell to many countries around the world.

Pricing for international shipping is set at £9.99. Please proceed through to checkout, after you’ve put in your address shipping cost will be added automatically. 

Customs Clearance & Import Taxes

For most European countries we use a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service. This means we charge the import duty and taxes at checkout so your parcel gets through customs quickly and without any hidden costs. 

For all other countries First Light Coffee cannot accept responsibility for customs clearance or any import tax, country-specific customs charges or local country tax. Please check with your local customs before purchasing.
